Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.
We currently ship to select countries only. If your country is not listed at checkout, we may not ship there at this time.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid physical address at checkout.
How to Check the Status of Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.

We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Shop Sadara is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@shopsadara.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We’ll do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis.
