1. What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges within 14 business days of your purchase date. Items must be returned in original condition, including all original packaging. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hair, or any fragrance(e.g. deodorant or perfume).


2. Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns at this time. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 14 business days of your purchase.


3. How do I start an exchange?

To initiate an exchange, email our customer service team at info@shopsadara.comwithin 14 business days of receiving your order. We’ll send you detailed instructions on how to proceed.


4. Are there any items that cannot be exchanged?

Yes. For hygiene reasons, swimwear, underwear, and jewelry are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Please refer to the product page or contact us with any questions.


5. Who pays for shipping on exchanges?

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.


6. What if the item I want is out of stock?

If the item you're requesting is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund for the original purchase price.


7. How long does it take to process an exchange?

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2–7 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your new item is on the way.


8. What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopsadara.com We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement or store credit.


9. Can I exchange an item more than once?

Yes. As long as the item meets our exchange requirements, and each request is made within 14 business days of receiving the last item, we’re happy to assist.


10. How will I know when my exchange is received and processed?

You’ll receive an email confirmation once we receive your return, followed by a shipping notification when your replacement item is sent out.


11. Can I exchange sale items?

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about sale items.


12. What are your customer service hours?

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PST at info@shopsadara.com We’re here to help with any questions or concerns.


13. What if my package is lost or stolen?

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Shop Sadara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, including those resulting from incorrect addresses or unclaimed deliveries.
